This hotel had a decent lobby and some of the staff were friendly. the view from the room was quite nice, and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep on. the location was not too far from a shopping center and a few restaurants, which was convenient.
The rest of the hotel was very disappointing. the room itself was not clean and had a lot of wear and tear.

Just one thing facing to the mountain
My husband and I was stayed over a night last week-end. We won't back to that hotel - why? 1. the room is not clean-so dirty- so smelly-MOLDY (also the bed), horrible smell and mosquitoes. We can't sleep because we can't breathed and scared of mosquitoes and other insects. We complained to them but the front office said yes, some of rooms are smelly :( 2. poor service, poor facilities (minibar in the room but no drinks just empty), the breakfast was so-so. How come the restaurant has no cold soft drinks, cold beers..Anyway, we were very disappointed and never and ever staying in Dago Highland Resort - it's not worth it!!!

Perfect for vacation. Hotel's position was so close to tourist spots like Selasar Soenaryo. The restaurant was located within 500 feet

The location in the Northern Dago hilly area provides breathtaking views of this city. We enjoyed the fresh air and the sound of birds and insects. The hotel facilities were great, and we appreciated the easy access to cafes and restaurants. Also, the ample parking area was very convenient.
Can't fault anything about it.

Located on a stunning hilly area on the outskirts of the city, this hotel boasts an incredible view of the surroundings. the rooms are spacious and airy, featuring hot showers and comfortable beds. the friendly staff and delicious breakfast make for a lovely start to the day, and there's a good restaurant nearby. Take advantage of the pool and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area.
The road leading up to the hotel can be difficult and bumpy.

The view from my room was amazing! I could see the whole city, it was a great experience. The breakfast buffet was quite good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. , the staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the room wasn't great, the bathroom and carpets were a bit dirty. The location was also far from the city centre, which made it harder to move around.
